At Pinocchio’s we use only local ingredients. We personally select our seafood from the auctions at Sydney Fish Markets and source live Sydney Rock oysters to be shucked in house daily. We use only certified ‘Meat Standard Australia’ quality meats and our chicken is chemical and hormone free. All sauces, stocks and desserts are made on premise from scratch.
